Cosplay and Weapon Policy
We encourage and welcome cosplay at our board game convention! For everyone's safety and enjoyment, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Realistic Gun Replicas: Absolutely no realistic-looking firearms or gun replicas, including 3D-printed models or prop guns, will be permitted. Please leave these at home to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all attendees.
Actual Weapons: Real weapons, including swords, knives, or other sharp objects, are strictly prohibited.
Permitted Cosplay Props: Clearly recognizable cosplay props made of plastic, foam, or other non-dangerous materials are allowed and encouraged. Ensure all props are visibly non-threatening and cannot be mistaken for actual weapons.
Event staff reserve the right to inspect and deny entry to any item they deem unsafe or inappropriate. Thank you for helping us create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for everyone!
